Role & responsibilities 1. Business Development for mainstream business lines (O&M, BOOT). 2. Generate business leads, following up and closing the deal. 3. Streamlining of converted business leads by being in touch with the ground team, Management team, and cross-functional teams of clients. 4. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. 5. Conduct local market study covering competitor activities. 6. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. 7. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. 8. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. 9. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. 10.Prepare, Submit, and Review weekly & monthly reports. 11.Cross-functional coordination with all the stakeholders. 12.Analyze and deliver periodic reporting to the management. 13.Represent company as and when directed by management. Preferred candidate profile 1. Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients. 2. High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making 3. Excellent leadership and communication skills 4. Candidate from renewable energy (Biomass) sector would be preferred.
