Job Description:

Our client, is seeking a highly driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead expansion efforts in the UK healthcare staffing market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of international recruitment or business development (preferably in UK markets), and the ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UK healthcare market.

• Build strong relationships with UK-based clients, hospitals, and care homes.

• Work closely with the internal recruitment team to deliver staffing solutions.

• Conduct market research to understand healthcare industry trends and demands.

• Represent the company in virtual and in-person meetings with overseas clients.

• Prepare business presentations, proposals, and reports as needed.

• Drive business growth by generating and converting qualified leads.

• Coordinate with international compliance teams to meet placement standards.

Qualification:

• Graduate (mandatory), Master's preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.

• Valid passport is mandatory.

• No criminal convictions (background check required).
