Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in our TIC services, particularly within the food and pharmaceutical sectors. The ideal candidate will come from a food or pharma manufacturing background, possess solid B2B sales experience, and be comfortable transitioning into the TIC industry. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food and pharma manufacturing sectors for TIC services.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
• Promote a range of analytical, testing, and certification services to meet client-specific requirements.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical and operations teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
• Meet or exceed set sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.
• 5–8years of B2B sales experience in the food or pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
• Familiarity with quality control, regulatory requirements, and analytical testing needs in the manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding or interest in the TIC industry and willingness to transition into a service-based sales role.
• Proven track record of business development, client acquisition, and target achievement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
• Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
