We are looking Domestic Staffing BDM

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
Manage existing clients to ensure retention and upselling/cross-selling of services.
Identify potential customers' needs and provide tailored solutions using domestic staffing expertise.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., recruitment, operations) to deliver high-quality service offerings.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain market knowledge.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in business development management or a related field.
Strong understanding of permanent staffing, contract staffing, and domestic staffing markets.
Excellent communication skills for effective client engagement and negotiation.
