Job Description

Role Overview This is a client acquisition-focused role where you will be responsible for selling end-to-end digital marketing solutions to startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients. The position is Work From Office in Noida and requires a hands-on professional who can manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure with minimal hand-holding. Note: Candidates with relevant experience in digital marketing agencies (BDM, BDE, Sales roles) will be preferred. Freshers and unrelated profiles are strictly discouraged from applying. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate qualified leads via outbound campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, and business networking. Engage with CXOs, marketing heads, and decision-makers to present the value of TVDs services. Pitch tailored digital marketing solutions such as: SEO & Content Marketing Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) Social Media Management Branding & Identity Design Influencer Marketing & PR Prepare proposals, conduct pricing discussions, and confidently close deals. Coordinate with internal delivery teams for smooth client onboarding. Maintain lead pipelines and activity reports in CRM. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Must-Have Skills & Experience Minimum 4 years of experience in sales/business development at a digital marketing agency . Strong understanding of marketing funnels, ROI-based campaign pitching, and digital service structures. Proven success in lead generation and closing high-ticket digital marketing projects. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and email marketing automation.
