Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate our Security Services business. The role involves owning the complete sales lifecyclefrom lead generation and solution proposal to deal closure—while building long-term relationships with key enterprise clients. This is a strategic role for professionals who thrive on consultative selling, enterprise engagement, and high-impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle including lead identification, solution presentation, techno-commercial negotiations, order finalization, and payment collection.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets (qualitative and quantitative).
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring alignment between customer needs and NuSummit’s security offerings.
  • Collaborate with the technical and consulting teams to design tailored service offerings and propose the right solutions effectively.
  • Develop and execute account plans for key accounts, establish executive-level connects, and manage long-term customer engagement.
  • Identify and onboard partners/alliances to strengthen NuSummit’s positioning with customers.
  • Track industry trends, competitor moves, and customer demands to shape business strategy and drive growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of IT Security Services & Solutions, with experience in managing large enterprise accounts across multiple verticals.
  • Established relationships and deep insights within the Hyderabad/regional enterprise ecosystem, preferably with exposure to large captives.
  • Proven ability to handle high-value deals, with full ownership of the sales lifecycle.
  • Ability to convert client challenges into business opportunities and propose tailored, value-driven solutions.
  • Team player with experience in working alongside technical, consulting, and delivery teams.
  • Target-driven professional with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
