Job Description

Role & responsibilities This position is responsible for acquisition of CA + third party products from open market. Make daily sales calls to potential customers for high value Current Accounts in the assigned catchment. Attract potential customers for Trade & Forex services thus generating fee based revenue. Ensure to go through the Prospecting stage with outmost diligence with the client; ensuring the right-fit product & service solution is proposed to the client Complete transparency in communicating product features, services, rates & charges to the customers on a timely basis. Ensure complete hand holding on the client during the 1st 30 days when the customer is exploring various products & services of the Bank; ensuring meaningful activation of digital channels / incremental cross sell commensurate to the client segment. Be aware of the processes & Policies of the bank to ensure FTR in documentation and completion of on boarding application initiated by the client. Ensure daily Sales call rosters are achieved with complete adherence to established process of recording of efforts Represent the Bank in meets / activities organized by the Branch with full enthusiasm.
