Job Description

About Us:
We are a creative and growing interior design studio specializing in delivering elegant, functional, and personalized spaces for residential and commercial clients. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help expand our client base and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients within the interior design .
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and corporate clients.
Handle client inquiries, prepare proposals, and follow up to close deals.
Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market reach.
Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and networking events.

Requirements:

Proven experience (2–4 years) in business development, preferably in interior design, architecture, or related industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong client relationship management and networking abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
