- Divide and cascade monthly GWP targets between broker groups for target achievement
- Educate new and existing broker groups for new SBIG products to ensure sales through new products
- Drive schemes for brokers to motivate them to achieve greater sales for SBIG polices
- Share competitive quotes to brokers to facilitate new client acquisition and to achieve new business budget
- Generate business through broker channel, banks and key customers across the territory to achieve business targets
-Undertake daily broker visits, to maintain relationship to drive the business
- Offer support in the resolution of problems and queries to help brokers acquire and retain clients and deliver targets
- Scan the market for new brokers to identify opportunities for them and increase their portfolio
- Discuss business renewal cases with internal stake holders to finalize terms and conditions
