Qualification:

Graduate / Post-Graduate

Experience:

5–8 years in Sales (Insurance / Financial Services background)
Excellent communication skills required

Age Criteria:

Below 33 years

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve business targets on ANP, case count, active branches, active sales staff, and other KPIs
Collaborate with Branch Managers and bank personnel on business implementation plans
Motivate and support branch staff and Bank RMs to log applications
Utilize branch database effectively with proper documentation
Build strong relationships with bank sales and operations teams
Meet customers within and outside the branch as needed
Develop and implement short- and long-term plans to meet sales goals
