With a robust presence of 500+ channel partners and 16 offices across India, Alstone is committed to offering top-notch, innovative cladding solutions that prioritize customer satisfaction and excellence in every project. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving company sales goals and revenue targets. - Manage relationships with existing corporate clients, fostering strong rapport and long-term partnerships. - Identify and cultivate new corporate clients to drive company sales growth. - Create and execute sales strategies for product approval within the Corporate department. - Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with corporate clients, companies, and project departments to boost company sales. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in Business Development and Sales Management. - Demonstrated success in Corporate Sales and Client Relationship Management. - Exceptional skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation. - Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving capabilities. - Excellent Organizational and Time Management proficiencies. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Previous experience in the cladding or construction industry would be advantageous. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
