Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in B2B sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and acquiring corporate clients for their employees transportation (pick-up and drop) services. This role is focused on building long-term business relationships with organizations and offering customized mobility solutions to meet their employee transport needs.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential corporate clients and generate new business opportunities.
Approach HR, Admin, and Facility Management departments to promote employee transportation services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers.
Develop and deliver tailored proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and client onboarding.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B or corporate business development, preferably in the transportation, logistics, or service industry.
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
