Job Description

In this role, you will establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts to achieve assigned sales quotas and targets. You will drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales. As part of your responsibilities, you will prospect for potential customers using various direct and indirect methods, qualify prospects against company criteria, and consult with prospects about business challenges and requirements. It will be essential to maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge to engage in meaningful conversations with prospects. Additionally, you will work with technical staff and product specialists as needed to address customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales - Prospect for potential customers using direct and indirect methods - Qualify prospects against company criteria - Consult with prospects about business challenges and requirements - Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge - Work with technical staff and product specialists to address customer requirements - Develop and maintain territory plans to meet sales targets - Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions - Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction - Provide forecasts on sales volumes over relevant time periods - Work with marketing to plan and execute lead generation campaigns - Provide feedback to sales and company management on ways to enhance sales and improve brand reputation - Identify sales support requirements and work with marketing to develop sales tools - Conduct all sales activities with professionalism and integrity Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field with experience in software sales - Experience in CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM or allied solution sales is an advantage - Good knowledge of the local market - Ability to develop new business opportunities - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently - Ability to travel up to 70% In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you can benefit from a challenging job within a young and dynamic team.
