The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of software services and IT solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation. Promote IT services such as Web Development, App Development, Software Solutions, and Cloud Services. Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose relevant solutions. Prepare customized presentations and proposals to close deals. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client requirements. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain CRM records and share regular sales activity reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT or software industry. Solid understanding of IT services, software products, and technology trends. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach. Preferred Skills: Experience working with B2B or international clients is an advantage. Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
