Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can seamlessly handle sales closures, strategic business planning, reporting, and coordination. This role blends front-end BD responsibilities with structured back-end sales operations. The ideal candidate will support the Sales Head in driving revenue, improving sales efficiency, and ensuring accurate reporting and CRM hygiene. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to grow quickly within a fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Growth

  • Drive new business development through outreach, networking, inbound follow-ups,

and meetings.

  • Handle sales closures, pitch presentations, and client consultations with strong

business understanding.

  • Contribute to strategic business planning, revenue forecasting, and growth

initiatives.

  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Digilogy's service and product

offerings.

Reporting & Operations

  • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales trackers, dashboards, performance reports, and

pipeline analytics.

  • Ensure real-time CRM accuracy for leads, opportunities, proposals, and client

communication.

  • Provide insights on funnel conversion, market trends, competitive movements, and

client behavior.

  • Coordinate daily with Account Managers, Creative, Video, and Marketing teams for

seamless delivery alignment.

Client & Internal Coordination

  • Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and structured sales documents.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, structured communication, and smooth progression of

every lead through the sales cycle.

  • Act as a central bridge between sales and internal teams to support client onboarding

and delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or Analytics.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Operations, or Reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides (report

creation mandatory).

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Freshers with strong communication and analytical capability may also be

considered.

Growth Opportunities
