Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and build strong relationships with key connectors (builders, real estate agents, financial consultants, etc.) to generate high-quality leads. Promote Home Loan and LAP products to potential customers through connectors and ensure lead conversion. Achieve sales targets for Home Loan and LAP products by managing the entire sales process. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with connectors, real estate developers, and other key stakeholders. Provide guidance and consultation to customers regarding product features, eligibility, and documentation. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving concerns promptly. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and new developments in the home loan and LAP space. Share market insights and feedback with the team to improve product offerings and sales strategies. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure proper documentation is obtained for loan processing in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Track the progress of applications and ensure timely submission of documents and reports. Collaboration & Reporting: l Work closely with internal teams, including credit and operations, to ensure smooth loan processing and approval. l Provide regular updates on lead generation, conversion rates, and overall performance to Management
