About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new

  domestic & international BPO business opportunities

  .
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and long-term business.
• Prepare and deliver effective

  sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations

  .
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth transition and delivery of client projects.
• Meet and exceed

  monthly/quarterly sales targets

  .
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the BPO industry.
• Represent the company in

  networking events, business meetings, and industry forums

  .

Requirements

• Minimum

  3–7 years of proven experience

  in Business Development / Sales in the

  BPO industry

  .
• Strong network of

  domestic & international clients

  in sectors like BFSI, Telecom, Travel, E-commerce, Healthcare, IT/ITES, etc.
• Ability to generate leads through

  cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and partnerships

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Based in or willing to work from

  Noida office (on-site role)
