Business Development Manager (BDM)

They are located in New Delhi. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive/Business Development Associate based in Delhi NCR. The Business Development Executive/Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals, and building and maintaining client relationships. The Business Development Executive/Business Development Associate will also be responsible for creating and delivering sales presentations and proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Sales and Business Development skills, including strategic planning, relationship building, and negotiation Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals in the Higher Education or IT training sector Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Experience in the IT industry is preferred Master's or Bachelor's degree with specialization in sales and marketing or a relevant field Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Experience Minimum experience of 3 years in selling higher education or IT training courses. Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience working in the education and training sector, experience in sales and marketing, and familiarity with CRM software.
