As a Business Development Manager specializing in Travel & Tourism Partnerships at Durlabh Darshan By TechXR Innovations Pvt Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing the spiritual tourism experience. As a fast-growing venture and a leader in the faith tech industry, we are seeking an experienced and well-connected individual to lead our strategic partnership efforts in the travel and tourism sector, particularly in Ayodhya/Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing a B2B sales strategy targeting the travel and tourism ecosystem, leveraging your network to establish high-level partnerships with DMCs, travel agencies, tour operators, and hotels, leading negotiations and closing strategic deals to drive consistent footfall and revenue, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to partnership management, meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets, and analyzing market trends to provide strategic insights to the leadership team. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 3 years of proven experience in hotel B2B sales, with a focus on selling to travel agencies, DMCs, and corporate clients. You should possess excellent existing connections with DMCs, travel agencies, and tour operators in Ayodhya, Varanasi, or major source markets. Additionally, you should be a self-starter capable of leading sales initiatives independently.
