Job Description

1. Business Development Manager (BDM) Location: Ganapathy, Coimbatore Department: Sales & Business Growth Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting Smaart Eye Technologies’ integrated security and technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand business in CCTV, Fingerprint Access, POS, and other security solutions. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding client requirements. Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth. Collaborate with technical and service teams to provide customized solutions. Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance to management. Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Engineering or related field. Proven experience in sales/business development in security systems/IT solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
