Business Development Manager (BDM)

Shree Hari Yoga — a globally recognized Yoga Teacher Training School with centers across India — is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth, partnerships, and international student enrollment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, sales, or partnerships, with a genuine passion for yoga, wellness, and conscious living.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase admissions and course enrollments.
• Identify and build partnerships with yoga studios, retreat centers, and international agencies.
• Manage B2B collaborations, affiliate programs, and referral networks.
• Explore opportunities for online and offline marketing campaigns to expand global reach.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences.
• Work closely with the marketing and SEO teams to align strategies with brand objectives.
• Track performance, prepare reports, and present growth insights to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or marketing (preferably in the yoga, wellness, or education industry).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Passion for yoga, holistic wellness, and global community engagement.
