As a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager, your role will involve expanding the client base and driving revenue growth for design and development services. Your strategic hunting skills, understanding of the digital landscape, and track record of generating leads will be key in this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Lead Generation & Business Research:** - Identify and research potential clients in target industries with design and development needs. - Utilize business intelligence tools to gather market data, analyze trends, and monitor competitor activity. - Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic research. - Analyze client needs to customize solutions and proposals effectively. - Build and manage a database of potential clients and key decision-makers. - **Sales & Client Relationship Management:** - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets. - Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of design and development services. - Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. - Negotiate and finalize contracts for mutually beneficial agreements. - Collaborate with project management and development teams for client onboarding and project delivery. - **Market Analysis & Strategy:** - Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. - Offer insights to refine service offerings and marketing strategies. - Stay updated on the latest design and development technologies and industry best practices. - Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials. - **Reporting & Performance Tracking:** - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and lead generation in the CRM system. - Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights. - Analyze data to optimize sales strategies and identify areas for improvement. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven success in sales, preferably in the design and technology industry. - Strong understanding of digital landscape in design and development technologies. - Excellent research and analytical skills for market data interpretation. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. - Proficiency in CRM systems and business intelligence tools. - Ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently. - Willingness to travel as needed. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in selling software development services, UI/UX design, or related services. - Existing network of contacts in target industries.
