Lead UI Designer

As a talented designer, your mission will involve designing mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas, as well as developing responsive websites and applications. You will be expected to provide quick turnarounds on enhancements and fixes while mentoring other designers on the latest design trends. Your keen eye for finer details in design principles, concepts, layout, alignment, and visualization will be crucial in contributing to client relationships as needed per project requirements. It will be your responsibility to ensure that expectations and deliverables are met on time and in high quality. To excel in this role, you will need to possess superpowers such as being a people person and a leader who can engage and motivate others to collaborate in design discussions. Taking ownership of your own work and that of your team is essential, along with the ability to work independently and inspire team members to take charge of their respective tasks. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must, as you will be involved in mentoring and reviewing the work of your team members. With 8 years of experience in the domain, including at least 2 years of experience in team handling and mentoring, you should be well-versed in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator), CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. A solid foundation in design theory, particularly in principles of logo, graphic/UI design, and usability, is required.
