About the Role:
Aufait UX is seeking a Lead UI Designer with a strong eye for design and a passion for crafting visually stunning, intuitive digital experiences. In this role, you will lead the UI design process, mentor designers, and collaborate closely with UX, development, and product teams to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver high-quality UI designs for web and mobile applications
• Translate user needs and business goals into engaging visual solutions
• Guide and mentor the design team, ensuring design consistency and scalability
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and stakeholders for seamless execution

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UI design
• Strong portfolio showcasing impactful and creative UI work
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
• Excellent understanding of design systems, typography, color, and layout
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
