Job Description: Business Development Manager (Female Candidates Only)

Experience: 3–5 years as a BDM (Real Estate background is an added advantage)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance-based Incentives
Qualification: Minimum Graduation in any stream

Role Overview:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting the company’s real estate projects. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive attitude to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with potential clients.
  • Promote and present real estate projects to clients and investors.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Follow up on leads through calls, meetings, and site visits.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company projects, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present proposals, client presentations, and sales reports.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle client queries effectively.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager.
  • Experience in the Real Estate sector will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email drafting).
