Business Development Manager (BDM)

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) specializing in Digital Marketing and SEO, you will be instrumental in driving our company's expansion through the conversion of leads obtained from various sources like upwork, marketing campaigns, and direct leads. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with potential clients, comprehend their digital marketing requirements, and propose customized solutions that align with our suite of services. Your duties will involve proactively engaging and following up with leads generated from email marketing campaigns, assessing leads based on their digital marketing and SEO needs, conducting consultations to grasp the business objectives and hurdles of potential clients, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our digital marketing and SEO services. You will be tasked with developing tailored proposals, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with internal digital marketing and SEO teams, offering insights from client interactions to enhance service offerings, maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client engagements, and producing regular reports on sales performance. To be successful in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, a strong grasp of digital marketing and SEO concepts, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts, a results-driven approach with a history of meeting or surpassing sales targets, proficiency in building rapport and fostering relationships with clients, confidence in presenting solutions to diverse audiences, effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, and proficiency in Hindi and English languages.
