Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Experience Required: 6–10 Years (IT Sales).
  • Candidate should be from IT industry.
  • Develop and execute IT sales strategies to generate quality leads and conversions.
  • Manage complete sales cycles independently — prospecting to closure.
  • Maintain and track pipelines using different CRM tools.
  • Identify and nurture international client relationships (Middle East, UK, EU).
  • Monitor KPIs and optimize activities to meet business performance targets. Marketing & Branding
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms to increase brand visibility.
  • Craft strong content including emails, presentations, proposals, and outbound communication.
  • Build and maintain a consistent brand identity across online and offline channels.
  • Analyze marketing insights, create reports, and suggest improvements based on performance data.
  • Collaborate with agencies, vendors, or freelancers when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
