Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and follow-ups to identify and connect with potential clients.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through various channels (LinkedIn, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Present company services effectively to decision-makers and convert qualified leads into clients.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and track all interactions in CRM tools.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop proposals and close deals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Cold calling: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Conversion: 1 year (Preferred)
