Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to increase revenue. You will play a key role in expanding the customer base, creating partnerships, and ensuring long-term business sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Research market trends and competitors to identify growth areas.
Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure client satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
Track, analyze, and report on business development performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
