Job Summary

Balken Elite, a growing all-Europe recruitment agency, is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead business growth, manage sales targets, and guide a team of telecallers to achieve monthly objectives. The ideal candidate is proactive, motivational, and experienced in managing performance-driven teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesTarget Achievement & Sales Growth

  • Drive business development activities to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Create and implement effective strategies to meet client acquisition and placement goals.
  • Monitor performance results daily and ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.

Team Leadership & Telecaller Management

  • Manage, guide, and support telecaller teams to ensure high productivity.
  • Train telecallers on scripts, client handling, lead generation, and follow-up techniques.
  • Motivate the team, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Address challenges faced by telecallers and provide solutions to improve performance.

Motivation & Incentive Management

  • Motivate the team through coaching, recognition, and goal-setting.
  • Ensure the incentive structure is communicated clearly to telecallers.
  • Track performance and ensure incentives are awarded when targets are achieved.

Client & Market Development

  • Identify new client opportunities across Europe.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs.
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to deliver high-quality service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a BDM, Team Leader, or Sales Manager (preferably in recruitment, staffing, or telesales).
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Ability to manage targets and drive team performance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
