Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager in the IT Sales & Services domain, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and revenue for the organization. Your responsibilities will revolve around identifying and targeting potential clients for custom software development and IT staffing solutions. Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers across various verticals, including CXOs, IT Heads, and Procurement Managers, will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the pain points of clients and offer tailored technology and staffing solutions. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets, owning the sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure. - Regularly forecast revenue, track performance metrics, and report to leadership. - Manage bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Clutch, and Fiverr. - Respond to RFPs/RFIs and collaborate with presales and tech teams to create well-structured proposals. - Optimize profiles and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates. - Collaborate closely with delivery, project management, and recruitment teams to align offerings with market needs. - Assist in onboarding new clients and ensure a smooth handover to delivery teams. - Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to identify new market opportunities and channels for growth. Qualifications Required: - Experience working with global clients. - Strong understanding of IT project lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and staffing models. - Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
