Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling and follow-up calls to generate qualified leads. Client Engagement: Initiate conversations, explain company services, and build initial interest to schedule meetings with decision-makers. Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings for senior sales or management teams. CRM & Data Management: Maintain and regularly update records of calls, leads, client interactions, and meeting outcomes. Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients and leads to keep them engaged and move them through the sales funnel. Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, meetings scheduled, and leads generated. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
