Social Media Handler

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to stay updated Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner Analyze insights and metrics to measure the success of campaigns Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to develop effective campaigns Run social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetics across all channels Organize contests, giveaways, and other activities to boost engagement Prepare monthly reports on social media performance and suggest improvements Requirements: Proven experience as a Social Media Handler, Social Media Executive, or similar role Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools (e.g., Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creativity and ability to think outside the box Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) Ability to handle multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) Key Skills: Content Creation Social Media Strategy Community Engagement Analytics & Reporting Branding Trend Spotting Time Management Creativity & Innovation Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,389.03 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
