Position Over view :We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, strategic planning, and business growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities :Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and follow-ups. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights. Collaborate with marketing and project teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. 3–7 years of experience in business development or real estate sales. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client portfolios. Excellent presentation and analytical skills.
