Business Development Manager (BDM) / Executive

We are currently looking to expand our Business Development team with dynamic professionals who are passionate about sales, communication, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound/inbound channels.
• Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Design, etc.) to international clients (primarily US, Canada, UK).
• Understand client needs and prepare tailored proposals and presentations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closing.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain CRM and provide weekly sales reports.

Requirements:

For Executives:

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in digital marketing or IT services).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Willing to work night shifts onsite.

For Managers:

• 3–6 years of proven experience in business development in a digital marketing or related industry.
• Leadership capabilities with experience managing a sales team.
• Strong communication, strategy, and reporting skills.
• Ability to drive revenue targets and build client trust.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
