Job Description

Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of 10+ BDEs to meet individual and team sales targets. Own the entire sales process: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and post-sale relationship. Design and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth goals. Track performance, generate reports, and provide regular updates to senior management. Train new team members and continuously improve the team’s skill set. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams to improve customer acquisition strategies. Drive team motivation, discipline, and a target-oriented culture.
