Job Description – Area Relationship Manager (ARM) βœ“ Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Area Relationship Executives (AREs), ensuring high performance, motivation, and achievement of individual and team objectives. βœ“ Sales Ownership: Drive sales growth across the assigned territory by closely monitoring performance metrics, setting targets, and aligning daily activities with strategic sales goals. βœ“ Planning BTL Activities: Strategically plan and finalize residential societies for Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities to maximize customer outreach and brand presence. βœ“ OKR Alignment: Ensure all team activities and performance are aligned with the company's defined OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), maintaining focus on measurable outcomes. βœ“ New Customer Acquisition (Fo): Oversee and support the team in acquiring new customers through field operations, targeted campaigns, and direct customer engagement. βœ“ Customer Retention (WBF): Implement strategies to improve customer retention by enhancing customer experience and maintaining strong relationships with the existing customer base. βœ“ Order Incremental & Society Penetration: Drive initiatives to increase order volume per customer and improve brand penetration across targeted residential societies βœ“ Target Achievement: Ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly sales targets by conducting regular performance reviews, training sessions, and on-ground support.
