Key Responsibilities:
✅ Build strong relationships with potential clients & schedule meetings
✅ Plan & oversee new marketing initiatives
✅ Research & generate new leads & business opportunities
✅ Expand new markets & boost sales
✅ Attend conferences, meetings, & industry events
✅ Develop quotes, proposals & business strategies
✅ Set & achieve business growth targets
✅ Train & mentor team members when needed
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 10-12 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the civil engineering or construction sector is a plus.
· Strong understanding of civil engineering concepts, materials, and project lifecycle.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
· Willingness to travel as needed.
