Business Development Manager (BDM)

As our Business Development Personnel, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities through architect, interior designer and builder visits alongside representing the company at various events. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients and help to expand our client base. This position requires great communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a fair understanding of the construction industry. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular visits to architects and interior designers to promote our products and services Identify and develop relationships with new and existing clients Generate leads by mapping and visiting under construction sites Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies and promotional materials Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions Prepare and deliver presentations to clients Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities Qualifications: Experience in business development or sales in the construction industry Good knowledge of construction industry Proven track record of developing and closing sales deals Great communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel and attend industry events as needed If you are a motivated and driven individual with a passion for business development in the construction industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
