Position Overview:

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a

    go-to-market strategy

    for Microsoft Dynamics 365, AI, and Power Platform consulting services in the APAC & Middle East regions.
  • Identify, qualify, and close

    new business opportunities with enterprise customers.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with

    C-level executives

    (CIO, CFO, COO, CDO, CTO) to drive transformation initiatives.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with

    pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams

    to create tailored proposals addressing customer needs.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of BASOFA’s service offerings, Microsoft’s product roadmap, and market trends in ERP, AI, and low-code platforms.
  • Represent BASOFA at industry events, Microsoft partner forums, and customer workshops across the target regions.
  • Meet and exceed assigned

    sales targets

    and

    quarterly KPIs

    .

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years

    in enterprise sales of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain, Commerce, CE), Power Platform, and AI-driven business solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding

    multi-million-dollar sales quotas

    in the APAC or Middle East regions.
  • Strong network and relationships with

    enterprise CXOs

    in retail, manufacturing, and distribution sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills — able to articulate

    value-based selling

    at the executive level.
  • Experience working with

    Microsoft Partner ecosystem

    and familiarity with Microsoft licensing models.
  • Ability to manage

    complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

    with long lead times.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and travel internationally when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in

    IT consulting or system integration

    for enterprise customers.
  • Experience in selling

    digital transformation projects

    with multi-country rollouts.
  • Knowledge of cloud economics, ROI/TCO models, and industry-specific digital transformation drivers.
