Position Overview: We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive BASOFAs growth in the APAC and Middle East markets. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in enterprise SaaS sales who can engage with CXO-level decision makers , understand complex business needs, and craft winning solutions leveraging Microsofts cloud ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Microsoft Dynamics 365, AI, and Power Platform consulting services in the APAC & Middle East regions. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with enterprise customers. Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives (CIO, CFO, COO, CDO, CTO) to drive transformation initiatives. Lead the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure. Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to create tailored proposals addressing customer needs. Maintain deep knowledge of BASOFA’s service offerings, Microsoft’s product roadmap, and market trends in ERP, AI, and low-code platforms. Represent BASOFA at industry events, Microsoft partner forums, and customer workshops across the target regions. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and quarterly KPIs . Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years in enterprise sales of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain, Commerce, CE), Power Platform, and AI-driven business solutions. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas in the APAC or Middle East regions. Strong network and relationships with enterprise CXOs in retail, manufacturing, and distribution sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills — able to articulate value-based selling at the executive level. Experience working with Microsoft Partner ecosystem and familiarity with Microsoft licensing models. Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with long lead times. Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and travel internationally when required. Preferred Qualifications: Background in IT consulting or system integration for enterprise customers. Experience in selling digital transformation projects with multi-country rollouts. Knowledge of cloud economics, ROI/TCO models, and industry-specific digital transformation drivers.
