Key Responsibilities

• Drive

  project-based sales

  of plywood, laminates, veneers, or similar interior building materials.
• Build and manage relationships with

  architects, interior designers, builders, PMC consultants, and contractors

  .
• Identify and convert high-value project opportunities across Pune and surrounding areas.
  
• Ensure brand visibility and product specifications in commercial and residential projects.
  
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, order finalization, and after-sales support.
  
• Meet monthly/quarterly targets and prepare MIS and market feedback reports.
  
• Participate in product presentations, exhibitions, and architect meets.
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have

  7-10 years of

  exclusive experience in Project Sales

  within

  building materials or interior products

  .
• Strong connects and network in the

  Pune AID (Architects & Interior Designers)

  ecosystem.
• Candidates from plywood, laminates, veneers, modular furniture, paints, tiles, or lighting segments are preferred.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
  
• Based in Pune or willing to relocate

  immediately
