Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Pune. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and builders, negotiating deals, and effectively communicating the benefits of our services. The role also includes market research, staying updated with industry trends, and ensuring client satisfaction through high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Business Acumen: Knowledge of business development strategies, market research, and deal negotiation
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and promote services effectively
• Relationship Building: Skills in client relationship management and maintaining partnerships with builders
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Other: Proficiency in relevant software and tools, Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, experience in the real estate industry is a plus
