Job Description: Sales Officers and Assistant Managers are part of the frontline sales team responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting Bank's suite of financial products.
Key Responsibilities: Customer acquisition for: , Savings Accounts , Current Accounts , Term Deposits , Debit/Credit Cards , Life Insurance, General Insurance, Mutual Funds, Loans Achieve monthly sales targets based on assigned grade Conduct field visits and cold calls for lead generation Ensure KYC documentation and compliance standards Build long-term client relationships and trust
Eligibility Criteria: Education: Graduate (Any Stream)
Experience:Fresher/Minimum 1 year of experience in any field sales (preferably BFSI), ORFreshers with strong communication & interest in sales may also apply
Age Limit: Below 30 years
Mandatory Requirements:Strong communication and convincing skillsSales-driven mindset and ability to handle field-based work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
