Business Development Manager/ Agent Relationship Manager- East and South Region

Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time Business Development Manager/Agent Relationship Manager in the East and South Region located in Ahmedabad. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing business development strategies, managing agent relationships, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, you will be identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. This role will require regular travel across the country to generate business and maintain relationships with business associates. Key Responsibilities: - Lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the B2B division of the company - Think critically when making plans and demonstrate the ability to execute specific business development strategies - Identify and pursue partnership opportunities across different parts of India, developing new associates - Handle grievances of associates, coordinate with the team to solve them, and ensure the quality of services delivered - Develop new relationships to grow business and help the company expand - Submit performance and growth reports to the reporting manager - Maintain business relationships with associates and ensure grievances redressal - Travel frequently to present business associates and develop new ones across different areas in Gujarat and nearby markets Qualifications: - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in overseas education (Study Visa) - Experience dealing in B2B and possessing a good network connection with agents - Strong relationship management and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset - Ability to work independently and in a team Please note that the job location for this position includes Gujarat, Hyderabad, and Kochi.,
