Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities by targeting organizations across industries.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular interactions and strategic engagement.
• Understand client requirements and position Ace Consultants as a preferred recruitment partner.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment consultants to deliver client mandates effectively.
• Achieve business development and revenue targets within defined timelines.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.
• Draft and deliver business proposals, capability presentations, and client pitches.
• Represent Ace Consultants at industry forums, networking events, and client meetings.
