Key Responsibilities

• Drive student admissions for Classes 7–10 Foundation and 11–12 (JEE / NEET / CET) programs
• Achieve monthly & annual enrollment and revenue targets
• Counsel students and parents, ensuring strong conversion and closures
• Convert leads from Meta Ads, referrals, walk-ins, and campaigns
• Plan and execute seminars, demo lectures, PTMs, and outreach programs
• Build and manage relationships with schools, principals, teachers, and education partners
• Identify and execute strategic tie-ups and market expansion opportunities
• Track leads, conversions, and revenue; submit weekly/monthly performance reports
• Represent Absolute Foundation at education fairs and public forums
• Maintain and enhance the brand image through professional communication
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in education admissions/business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven mindset with ownership and accountability
• Familiarity with JEE / NEET / CET ecosystem is a strong advantage
