Role Overview:

Business Development Manager (Digital Media)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and outreach.
• Pitch and sell digital marketing solutions (

  Website, SEO, PPC, Social Media, Meta & Google Ads, Email Marketing

  ).
• Prepare proposals, deliver impactful presentations, and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Monitor performance metrics and stay ahead of digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in digital media sales or business development.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) preferred.

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or programmatic platforms.
• Prior experience with agencies or brand advertisers.
