Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify healthcare facilities, clinics, and hospitals in the US market for staffing opportunities.
Conduct outreach to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone (US time zones).
Maintain and update CRM with client contact details and activity.
Schedule and coordinate calls/meetings with prospective US clients.
Assist in building a database of healthcare contacts and leads.
Support the BD team with proposals and follow-ups.

Ideal Candidate:

Recent graduate or final-year student in one of the preferred majors.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Comfortable making international calls and writing professional emails.
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace).
No prior experience required – training will be provided.
