Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify healthcare facilities, clinics, and hospitals in the US market for staffing opportunities.
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone (US time zones).
  • Maintain and update CRM with client contact details and activity.
  • Schedule and coordinate calls/meetings with prospective US clients.
  • Assist in building a database of healthcare contacts and leads.
  • Support the BD team with proposals and follow-ups.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Recent graduate or final-year student in one of the preferred majors.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Comfortable making international calls and writing professional emails.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace).
  • No prior experience required – training will be provided.
