We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, onboarding sellers, building strong client relationships, and promoting our suite of B2B e-commerce services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential sellers and businesses to promote our B2B services Understand client requirements and provide tailored service solutions Conduct market research to identify new leads and potential business opportunities Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media Schedule and conduct meetings/presentations with prospective clients Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (e-commerce or B2B preferred) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) is a plus Benefits: Competitive salary and incentive structure Professional development and learning opportunities Friendly and collaborative work environment Opportunity to work with leading e-commerce platforms and sellers Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
